    • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • mayonnaise - 150 g.
    • For the second recipe:
    • pork - 900 g;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste;
    • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • eggs - 2 pcs;
    • milk - 400 gr;
    • spices for potatoes - to taste;
    • garlic - 4 cloves;
    • potatoes - 800 g;
    • onions - 2 pcs;
    • feta cheese - 100 g.
    • For the third recipe:
    • carbonade - 500 g;
    • salt - 1 tsp;
    • pepper - 1 tsp;
    • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • potatoes - 700 g;
    • arugula - 100 g;
    • sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
    • garlic - 4 cloves;
    • cheese - 70g.

Instructions

Step 1

If you prefer spicy food, prepare pork and potatoes as follows. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of red ground pepper with the same amount of black pepper, add a tablespoon of salt. Using a press, squeeze 4 cloves of garlic into the spice and mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Step 2

Wash one kilogram of pork tenderloin, dry and place in the prepared mixture for half an hour. At this time, peel 1 kg of potatoes, wash, cut into medium-sized round slices and place in a bowl. Add 150 grams of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of salt, sprinkle with pepper and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place a piece of pork in a roasting sleeve and place prepared potatoes around it. Tie the edges of the sleeve and bake on a baking sheet in the oven at 200 ° C until tender.

Step 4

To prepare a dish with a delicate cheese-milk taste, take 6 pieces of pork, 150 grams each and beat on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then place in a high-edged dish with oil. Beat two eggs with 400 grams of milk, add your favorite potato spices and 4 garlic cloves passed through a press.

Peel 800 grams of potatoes, cut into thin slices and cover with the egg-milk mixture. On top of the meat, put 2 large onions, cut into rings, potatoes with the mixture and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes. Then remove the baking dish, add 100 grams of diced feta cheese and bake for about 12 minutes.

Step 6

Cook pork with potatoes and arugula. To do this, cut 500 grams of carbonade into thin plates, salt and pepper to taste, and then fry in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. Cut 700 grams of peeled potatoes into large slices and place with the meat in a baking dish. Top with 100 grams of arugula.

Step 7

For the sauce, mix in a separate bowl 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 1 teaspoon of pepper, the same amount of salt and 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic. Dilute the finished sauce with boiled water if it is too thick. Pour it over the meat and potatoes, and grate 70 grams of cheese on top. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in the oven for 45 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C, and 10 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and leave the dish to brown.
