We take deep, but not wide dishes. Put pre-softened butter in this container and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes, add sugar and beat for another 10-15 minutes. After the butter and sugar is beaten, gradually add eggs, salt and brandy.

We wash and dry the raisins in advance. We take a separate dish and sift the flour to make the cake more magnificent. After that, mix the flour with baking soda, vanilla and raisins. Pour the resulting flour into the oil mixture, mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Transfer the resulting dough into a greased and floured form.

We send the form into a preheated oven to 200-210 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove the cake from the mold, after cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
