- ginseng roots - 4-5 pcs;
- water - 4 l.
- For ginseng rose tea:
- ginseng root - 1 pc;
- rose petals - 4-5 pcs.
- For pork ginseng soup:
- pork - 300 g;
- ginseng root - 20 g;
- candied dates - 3 pcs;
- water - 1.5 l;
- salt to taste.
- For Chinese Ginseng Chicken Soup:
- red dates - 6 pcs;
- chicken - 1 pc;
- ginseng root - 1 tbsp;
- barberry - 1 tbsp;
- water.
- For ginseng wine:
- 2 liter glass bottle;
- ginseng root - 1 pc;
- vodka - 2 l.
Instructions
Step 1
Ginseng tea
Pour water into a large saucepan, add ginseng and simmer for 4 hours. Then remove the ginseng. Serve the tea hot. You can store it in the refrigerator and use it as a natural energy drink after warming it up.
Step 2
Rose ginseng tea
Place a tablespoon of minced ginseng root in a teapot. Add some rose petals. Pour boiled (but not boiling!) Water into the kettle. Let the tea brew for at least 5 minutes. Pour into cups and serve.
Step 3
Pork ginseng soup
Cut the pork into small pieces. Pour boiling water over for 5 minutes. Chop the ginseng roots finely. Boil water in a saucepan and add all ingredients. Bring to a boil again and cook until the meat is tender. Season with salt to taste before serving.
Step 4
Chinese Chicken Ginseng Soup
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan. Fill with water so that it completely covers the chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is tender. Season with salt to taste, chill and serve.
Step 5
Ginseng wine
Place the ginseng roots in a bottle and cover with vodka. Seal the bottle and leave to infuse for at least 3 months.
