- For alcoholic tincture:
- - 15 g dry or 50 g raw ginseng root;
- - 0.5 liters of vodka.
- For honey tincture:
- - 30 g of dry root;

Step 1
Grind 15 g of dry ginseng root in a coffee grinder, fill with vodka and leave at room temperature in a dark place for ten to fourteen days. Strain the infusion with cheesecloth folded several times. Store in a glass container with a tightly closed lid in a dark place or in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Grind 50 grams of raw ginseng root in a blender. Keep in mind that the root has healing properties that has reached the age of six to seven years. The fresh root is used to prepare the infusion within no more than five to seven days from the date of collection.
Step 3
Pour the crushed ginseng with 0.5 liters of vodka (or alcoholic liquid with a strength of at least thirty degrees), insist in a dark place at room temperature for two weeks. Store in a dark glass container in a cool place with the lid tightly closed.
Step 4
Use the crushed ginseng again: when the first infusion is used, add half the dose of alcohol to the dishes, that is, 250 grams of vodka or alcoholic liquid, at least 40 ° C. Insist in the same way for two weeks.
Step 5
Cook in a blender. Heat a kilogram of honey in a water bath to 40 ° C. To do this, stock up on a thermometer to control the temperature, pour honey into a small saucepan, pour water into a large saucepan and put it on fire. Place a small saucepan over a large one and close the lid.
Step 6
Bring the honey to the desired temperature, remove from the water bath, add ginseng powder, stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture of powder and honey into a glass dish and leave in a dark place for two weeks at room temperature. Store ginseng honey also at room temperature with the lid tightly closed.
