Step 1

Cut off the aloe leaves and set aside for one to a week and a half. Store the leaves in the refrigerator, wrapped in dark paper. In such a tincture, it is important to use precisely the leaves cut in advance, because in them the concentration of biologically active substances that can subsequently have a beneficial effect on the body increases several times. This happens because in such unfavorable conditions the plant devotes all its strength to maintaining vital activity, and so-called biogenic stimulants are formed in its cells.

Take a seasoned aloe and chop it up. This can be done both with a knife and with a blender.

Step 3

Pour the crushed aloe with 70% alcohol solution or vodka in a ratio of one to five. Insist a closed container with the resulting solution in a dark cool place for at least ten days.

The tincture prepared according to this recipe can be used as a lotion for problem skin, to improve digestion, increase appetite, stimulate the body's defense systems (one teaspoon 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals).

Step 4

Use aloe vera for chronic bronchitis and pneumonia. Take 5-6 aloe leaves, 0.5 kg of honey, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 glass of birch buds and 3, 5 tbsp. l. linden blossom. Refrigerate the leaves for at least 10 days. Grind them up.

Melt the honey and pour the chopped aloe over it. Boil the mixture in a water bath for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool it down.

Step 6

Chop up birch buds. Pour half a liter of boiling water along with the linden blossom, cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat, strain through cheesecloth and squeeze.

Step 7

Pour the decoction of the buds into the cooled honey, mix them, add oil. Take the resulting mixture in a tablespoon twice a day before meals for about 2 weeks. Store the mixture in the refrigerator, shake well before use.
