- For pasta:
- - 240 g pasta,

- - 80 g Parmesan.
Instructions
Step 1
Put water under the pasta, but fire.

Peel the required amount of shrimp (you can take more or less - to taste) from shells, heads and other things, cut along the back and take out the dark thread (can be of any color).

Peel the cloves of garlic and use a knife to crush on a board, then chop into small cubes.

Finely grate Parmesan or any other hard cheese.

Put a little salt, a teaspoon of olive oil and pasta in boiling water, boil according to the instructions, then discard them in a colander. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a skillet, in which fry the shrimp for three minutes on each side.

Then add chopped garlic cloves and tomato slices to the shrimp, stir for a minute. Reduce heat and pour in the cream. Bring the cream to a boil and evaporate with constant stirring. After the sauce has thickened, add the pasta to it. Stir, beat in the yolk and add cheese, stir. Cook for two minutes and remove from heat. Divide the shrimp pasta into portioned bowls, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
