Pasta is truly one of the most favorite dishes of Russian citizens. We love them for their speed of preparation, for their taste, for the fact that they can be combined with many products and, of course, gravies and sauces.
It is necessary
- garlic a few cloves optional
- onion 2 pcs.
- heavy cream or sour cream 1 cup
- tomatoes 0.5 kg
- basil herb, fresh or dried
- olive or vegetable oil,
- butter 1 tbsp. the spoon
- salt
- pepper
- some dried lemon balm
- sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the garlic into slices. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then remove the garlic from the buttered skillet and add the finely chopped onion. Fry until tender.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them. Peel and chop. Spoon them over to the finished onion. Add salt, pepper and basil. Add a spoonful of butter. Put on low heat.
Step 3
When more water has evaporated, pour the cream into the pan with stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Toss in a pinch of lemon balm.
