  • - 1 kg of king prawns
  • - 80 g butter
  • - 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • - 300-350 ml cream 40% fat
  • - 70 g parsley
  • - 2 tsp salt
  • - lettuce leaves
  • - 10 ml lemon juice
  • - 20 ml coconut milk

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Place it in a preheated skillet along with butter and cream (sour cream can be used instead of cream). Then add the coconut milk, heat, stir and let the sauce cool.

Step 2

Peel the shrimp from the shell and intestines. Simmer, cook for 2-3 minutes. Put the shrimp in another skillet, add salt, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for about 8 minutes.

Step 3

While the shrimps are stewing, finely chop the parsley. Add the herbs to the contents of the skillet and simmer for another 3-5 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Put the cooked shrimps on a nice flat dish, top with garlic sauce and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve hot and garnish with lettuce leaves.
