The recipe for cooking king prawns in a creamy garlic sauce is quick and easy. This dish can be served on the table as a snack for beer, and as a hot dish with various side dishes.

- - 1 kg of king prawns
- - 80 g butter
- - 5-6 cloves of garlic
- - 300-350 ml cream 40% fat
- - 70 g parsley
- - 2 tsp salt
- - lettuce leaves
- - 10 ml lemon juice
- - 20 ml coconut milk

Step 1
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Place it in a preheated skillet along with butter and cream (sour cream can be used instead of cream). Then add the coconut milk, heat, stir and let the sauce cool.

Peel the shrimp from the shell and intestines. Simmer, cook for 2-3 minutes. Put the shrimp in another skillet, add salt, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for about 8 minutes.
Step 3
While the shrimps are stewing, finely chop the parsley. Add the herbs to the contents of the skillet and simmer for another 3-5 minutes over low heat.
