It is necessary

  • For 4 cakes:
  • -1/2 pack of butter
  • -1/4 cup sugar
  • -2 eggs
  • -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • -2 cups of flour
  • -3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • -1/4 teaspoon salt
  • -2 ripe bananas
  • For decoration and sprinkling:
  • -1/2 pack of butter
  • -3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • -1 tablespoon cream
  • -3 packs or tablespoon of coconut extract
  • -1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare your workplace before starting work. Make sure you have enough of all the ingredients. Preheat oven to 280 degrees.

Step 2

Rinse the bananas thoroughly under hot water, remove the skin. In a mixer or with a fork, cook the banana puree and set aside.

Step 3

In a mixer, beat half of the butter and sugar together until a thick foam forms. Add successively one egg and vanilla extract to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 5

Add 1/3 cup flour and milk to the mix from the mixer. Beat for 3-5 minutes.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture from the mixer to a separate bowl and add the banana puree. Use a fork or tablespoon to spread it out evenly.

Step 7

Combine the mixture from step 4 and step 6 into one bowl.

Step 8

Transfer the resulting dough to a baking dish. Place them in a preheated oven for 16-18 minutes. Bake until brownies are golden brown. Chill completely when done.

Step 9

Move on to making the cream. Combine the cream and butter, then add the powdered sugar. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk or fork. While whisking, add milk and coconut extract gradually. Continue adding powder to your desired consistency. The more powder you put in, the sweeter the cakes will be.

Step 10

Spread the resulting cream from step 9 evenly over all the cakes. For beauty, you can sprinkle with confiture or coconut.
