Step 1

Mix in a large cup coconut flakes (320 grams), flour (150 grams) and sugar (preferably cane, but you can also use the usual 4 tablespoons)

With constant stirring, pour 250 ml of water into the dry mixture, monitor the consistency of the dough. The dough should be thick.

Divide the dough into small portions and sculpt balls with walnuts.

Step 2

Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, on which we put coconut balls in a row. Flatten a little to become oval.

At a temperature of 180 degrees, bake the balls until golden brown (about 20 minutes).

We take out the finished golden balls from the oven and cool.

After cooling, sprinkle with grated nutmeg powder or plain cinnamon powder.

Cooking donuts.
