It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 6 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 2 tbsp. natural yogurt;
- - 0.5 tsp salt;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 240 g flour;
- - 100 g cream;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate.

Step 1
The oven is preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Chop the bananas in a blender. Two bananas should make a glass of puree.
Step 3
Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until smooth. The mass should increase in volume and become thicker. This will take about 10 minutes. Add banana puree, natural yogurt and butter to the mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and stir until smooth. Put in a special donut dish (with a hole in the middle). Put in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
In a water bath, melt the broken chocolate into pieces. Stir until smooth. Dip the cooled donuts in the icing (if desired, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles), let it set and serve!
