To make apple pancakes with milk, take an apple, preferably sweet and sour. I prefer yellow or green varieties. Peel it and grate it on a coarse grater.

Place in a large container. Add 200 grams of warm milk. Break three eggs. Take them out of the refrigerator ahead of time to keep them warm. After that, beat with a whisk or mixer. Then sift 200 grams of flour, preferably premium, and mix with the rest of the mixture, salt and stir well again.

To make apple pancakes, add the rest of the milk, vegetable oil to the mixture and repeat the dough stirring procedure again.
Step 4
Apple pancakes are a great dish for breakfast or a light snack. To make the apple pancakes thin, pour the minimum amount of dough into the pan. Brown on both sides. Place on a plate and brush with butter.
