You will need:

For pancakes:

  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp;

  • milk - 1 l;

  • soda - 1/2 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter - 60 g.

For filling:

  • apples - 2 pcs.;
  • pears - 2 pcs.;
  • walnuts - 100 g;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Combine all dry ingredients in a cup - flour, sugar, salt, soda. Add half a liter of milk. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble sour cream.

Pour the remaining half liter of milk into an ovenproof dish. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Slowly, in a thin stream, pour the hot milk into the dough, stirring constantly. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir again.

Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour hot oil into the dough. Stir. Pour the dough in a thin layer into the skillet. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

For such a pancake, you can prepare a fruit filling, for example, an apple and pear filling. Wash apples and pears, peel them. Cut the fruit into small cubes. Place the fruit in a skillet; no oil is needed. Add a tablespoon of sugar. Leave the fruit to simmer over low heat, covered, for 7-10 minutes.

In the meantime, remove the baffles from the walnuts. Chop the nuts finely. When the apples give juice, turn off the heat and stir the fruit and nuts. The filling is ready.

Wrap the filling in the resulting pancakes. Serve with honey, sour cream or jam.
