There are many options for pancakes for every taste: classic, vegetable, fruit, with mushrooms, with herbs. Lovers of sweets will certainly love apple and pear pancakes.
It is necessary
- apple - 1 pc.
- pear - 1 pc.
- flour - 1 thin glass
- egg - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- vanillin (or vanilla sugar) and cinnamon on the tip of a knife
- sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and seed the apple and pear and grate on a medium grater. If your grater has only large and small holes, use the small ones. This will make the pancakes more uniform and tender. Do not use dry granular pears to make the pancakes to avoid the toughness of the dish.
Step 2
Add flour to the fruit little by little, stirring the dough continuously. Beat the eggs and add them to the dough. Move carefully. Make sure that no lumps form. Add sugar, vanillin and cinnamon to the dough, mix again.
Step 3
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Pour the dough with a ladle into the pan, forming round pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
It is best to serve apple and pear pancakes with sour cream. If you plan to serve honey or condensed milk to the dish, do not add sugar to the pancakes (or reduce the amount to taste). You can also garnish the dish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
