Step 1

Fresh apple or pear compote

Rinse the fruit with plenty of running water. Cut them into 6-8 pieces and remove the core. Put prepared fruits in a saucepan, cover them with hot water and put the saucepan on fire.

Bring contents of a saucepan to a boil, reduce heat. Pour granulated sugar into the compote and mix thoroughly. Cook the compote at a slow boil for 10-15 minutes. Cool the finished compote and serve.

Wash dried fruits in warm water 2-3 times. Place them in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
