Pancakes are one of the most family-friendly dishes to which a whole week of the year is dedicated. Making pancakes has become a custom for some, and no breakfast is complete without this aromatic dish. Everyone has found their own recipe, but you can experiment and discover new tastes.

Instructions
Step 1
Start with the sauce. Peel and core the apples and slice. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add apples, granulated sugar, water, lemon juice.

Keep the mixture on low heat, stir slowly. After a few minutes, add spices to the composition, alcohol if desired. Stir and wait until the apples are tender and some of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Now mix the chicken eggs with salt and sugar. Whisk. Add milk there and slowly add flour. Stir the dough and remove any lumps. Pour in vegetable oil, mix thoroughly again. Now heat the pan for a few minutes.
Step 4
Pour some oil into a separate saucer. Peel and chop half of the onion or potato on a fork. Dip the onion in oil and quickly grease the pan, repeat if necessary. This is to ensure that there is no excess oil in the pan.
Step 5
Now pour the dough into the prepared pan, let it spread in the form of a pancake, turning the pan. Once the dough is evenly spread over the surface, start baking until bubbles appear. Flip the pancake over and fry.
