Step 1
Beat eggs with a mixer, add flour, salt, milk and mix well. Add finely chopped parsley and sunflower oil. Leave the pancake dough for 10-15 minutes.

Finely chop the tomatoes, squeeze the garlic with a garlic press, boil the carrots and grate on a fine grater.
Step 3
Combine cottage cheese, tomatoes, garlic, carrots, olive oil, salt and pepper. Crush the mixture well with a fork.
