Baked fish with vegetables is a versatile dish; you can serve it on holidays, for an everyday dinner. For this recipe, you need to buy boneless fish fillets, salmon, halibut, trout, and perch are ideal.

It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 360 g fish fillet;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 16 pcs. green beans;
  • - 10 cherry tomatoes;
  • - 6 pitted olives;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of dry white wine, olive oil;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of fresh black pepper;
  • - sea salt, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard.

Instructions

Step 1

Provencal fish is cooked in the oven, so set it to heat up to 220 degrees.

Step 2

In a bowl, stir in white wine, olive oil, chopped olives, minced garlic cloves, parsley, salt, pepper and mustard.

Step 3

Take two sheets of foil, place half of the green beans on each sheet, cutting off the ends, and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Step 4

Place a slice of fish on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with the dressing prepared earlier. Place the red onion rings on top.

Step 5

Wrap the foil tightly, place on a baking sheet, put in the oven for 15 minutes.

After that, open the foil, just be careful not to burn yourself with the hot steam. Transfer fish and vegetables to serving bowls. Drizzle over the juice that remains in the foil. Sprinkle with black pepper, sea salt, drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve hot.
