Dorada or golden spar is a sea fish. It is prepared in all sorts of ways and even eaten raw. Dorado is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are essential for the normal functioning of the nervous system. Dorada is a low-calorie fish, therefore it is suitable for dietary nutrition. Provencal herbs will give the fish an incredible flavor and aroma.
It is necessary
- - Dorado (fillet) - 1 kg;
- - butter - 30 g;
- - Provencal herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, marjoram, basil) - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 2 pcs.;
- - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - onion - 1 head;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
In lemon, peel, cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Rinse the fish fillet with water, cut into portions. Place the fillets on parchment (or oiled foil) and sprinkle generously with Provencal herbs. Top with lemon slices and small pieces of butter. Wrap the parchment and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the seeds and stalk from the pepper, cut into long strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then peel them off. Grind the tomatoes with a blender, add salt and ground pepper.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown, then add pepper to the onion, fry the mixture for another 2-3 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer vegetables for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Put a piece of fish on a serving plate, put stewed vegetables next to it. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
