It is necessary

  • - 350 g chicken fillet;
  • - 3 tangerines;
  • - 250 g of thin bacon;
  • - salt, spices, black peppercorns;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • - 4 mint leaves;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Free the chicken fillet from the veins and the bonding film. Wrap the meat in cling film, beat lightly and make a cut in the middle. The incision should not be up to the edges, but in the form of a pocket.

Combine the spices and salt and brush the outside and inside of the meat with this mixture. Peel two tangerines and squeeze the juice out of them using a juicer, add vinegar, a few mint leaves and peppercorns to it.
