Not many have tried such an interesting and tasty combination as chicken with prunes and tangerines. A very tasty roll is obtained from these products. It is prepared in a double boiler or in a water bath.

It is necessary

  • For ten servings:
  • - 4 things. chicken fillet;
  • - 3 tangerines;
  • - 7 pitted prunes;
  • - 100 g of crushed walnuts;
  • - salt, spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the prunes with boiling water for an hour. Peel the tangerines from the peel and films, divide into wedges. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise. Place the pieces with an overlap on a cutting board covered with cling film, beat off. Salt and pepper the meat. Sprinkle the meat with 50 g of nuts. Put prunes on top, on it - tangerine slices. Sprinkle with leftover nuts.

Step 2

Roll the stuffed chicken fillet into a smooth, tight roll. Pull the ends of the film tightly on the sides - the steam should not unroll it. You can cook without the film, but then tie the roll with culinary thread.

Step 3

Place the roll in a double boiler. If you don't have a steamer, place a wide colander over a pot of boiling water, and put a roll in a colander. Close tightly on top, cook for 40-50 minutes.

Step 4

Cool the finished roll, put on a cutting board. Cut into slices 1 cm thick. Put the slices of the roll on a dish, you can preheat the roll, but it is no less tasty when chilled.
