Another chicken diet recipe that requires a minimum of your efforts!
It is necessary
- For a roll:
- 600 g chicken fillet;
- 1 green apple;
- 120 g broccoli;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- For the applesauce:
- 6 medium apples;
- 2 red peppers - paprika;
- 1 large chili pepper;
- 1 large onion;
- 8 cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 tsp ginger;
- Sea salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and core the apples and grind in a blender with poultry and broccoli. Add spices to taste, mix well again. Put on heat-resistant foil, roll into a sausage and send to the steamer on the upper level.
Step 2
Simultaneously with the chicken, we will steam the vegetables for the sauce. We put them on the lower level and turn on the double boiler for 25 minutes.
Step 3
We take out the vegetables, and let the chicken lie for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel the peppers and apples and grind them with the rest of the ingredients for the sauce in a blender. Unwrap the chicken, cut into pieces, serve with sauce. Bon Appetit!
