The dish is very festive. Cooking is simple, it turns out two dishes in one: crispy chicken fillet and roll. The sauce can be prepared for other dishes as well.
It is necessary
- - 2 chicken breasts;
- - 400 g fresh frozen spinach;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 200 g bread crumbs;
- - a bunch of lettuce leaves;
- - 10 pieces. cherry tomatoes;
- - 3 apples (large);
- - 30 pcs. grapes;
- - 20 g butter;
- - add pepper, seasoning for meat, salt, sugar to taste;
- - 50 g of brandy.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour frozen spinach into hot water, then put in a colander and let cool. Add cottage cheese, yolk to it. Salt, pepper and knead everything until smooth.

Beat off the chicken fillet, season with salt, pepper and put the filling on the already beaten fillet.

Wrap the roll and sprinkle with the meat seasoning. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
Step 4
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add salt, season with pepper and roll in flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Fry in oil in a skillet until crispy pieces are obtained.
Step 5
Blot with a napkin to allow the glass to excess oil.
Step 6
Fry the chopped apple, grapes with the addition of brandy, sugar, ground pepper and salt until the brandy evaporates. This is the sauce of the dish.
Step 7
Decorate the plate with green salad. Put the cherry tomatoes on the salad. Put a roll decorated with pieces with a side dish next to it, pouring everything with sauce.
