This is a great dish that can be served either separately or in combination with any side dish. You can use it both for lunch and dinner. Make a chicken roll stuffed with minced veal and peas and surprise your family.

- - 150 ml peas (frozen);
- - 1 tbsp. ghee;
- - 2 tbsp. nut butter;
- - salt;
- - dried marjoram;
- - pepper;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 onion head;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - rosemary
- - 100 g of bacon.
Instructions
Step 1
First, defrost the peas. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry it in a skillet with ghee.
Step 2
Cut chicken meat (breast) with schnitzels and beat off with a kitchen hammer. Lay each layer overlapping another piece on the film, season to taste.
Step 3
For the filling, stir in thawed peas, egg, marjoram, garlic, salt, pepper and minced veal. Place the filling on one side of the chicken breast slab. Roll gently.
Step 4
Top with finely chopped bacon. Place the roll on the bacon layer and roll again, as if winding the bacon on the roll.
Step 5
Transfer the roll to a baking sheet. Top with butter (nut), sprinkle with rosemary. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, then put it on for 45-55 minutes. Allow the roll to cool and, thinly slicing, serve.
