To prevent the sausage from being pale, you will need to add beet juice - 30 ml is enough for this amount of products.

The best way to make minced meat is to use a blender. Chop the chicken fillet smaller, put in a blender and chop, add garlic there. Pour in the cream with continuous whipping, then add the egg whites to the mass. Now it's the turn of the beetroot juice and spices. All this is properly mixed together, then the cooked minced meat is laid out on a sheet of foil.

Roll the foil together with the minced meat into a roller, wrap the edges as if it were a candy wrapper. Give the sausage an oblong shape. Now put it in a plastic bag, tie it as tightly as possible. You can tie another bag on top for reliability.

Pour water into a saucepan, put the sausage in a bag there and turn on the heat. Boil it on low heat for about half an hour (if the ingredients were taken in larger quantities, the cooking time must be increased). It is necessary to cool the sausage without removing it from the foil. Sandwiches with it are tasty and satisfying.
