Homemade sausage will be a great find for lovers of natural products. Handmade, it contains only natural ingredients.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 700 g;
- - high fat cream - 300 ml;
- - chicken egg white - 3 pcs.;
- - spices: ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, "Provencal herbs";
- - salt to taste;
- - cling film.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, and then grind it with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg whites to the resulting minced meat. Mix well.
Step 3
Add salt, nutmeg and seasoning to the mixture. Mix everything again.
Step 4
Lastly, pour cold cream into the minced meat. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 5
Divide all the resulting minced meat into three equal parts.
Step 6
Roll out the cling film on a flat surface. Place one of the three pieces of minced meat on top of it.
Step 7
Make a sausage from the minced meat. Then wrap it tightly with plastic and tie the edges with thread.
Step 8
Repeat step 6-7 with the remaining two pieces of minced meat.
Step 9
Boil water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Step 10
Dip the three resulting sausages into a saucepan, pressing down on top with a plate. Cook the sausage for 55-60 minutes.
Step 11
When finished, remove the sausages from the pan. Refrigerate and then peel off the film.
