It is necessary

  • -500 grams of chicken fillet,
  • -300 ml of 20% cream,
  • -1 teaspoon of gelatin,
  • -200 grams of ham,
  • -2 eggs,
  • - half a clove of garlic,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • -dry spices to taste,
  • -salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken fillet (you can take any other meat), rinse, dry, cut into large pieces and pass through a meat grinder 2 times. If you don't want to mess around with a meat grinder, then scroll the meat through a blender. If desired, the meat can be marinated (marinade to taste). Beat two eggs into the rolled minced meat, salt and pepper, add your favorite spices and chopped garlic.

Step 2

Dissolve a teaspoon of gelatin in cream and leave for 40 minutes. Then heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved, you do not need to boil. Cool and pour into minced meat (pour in small portions, stir each time).

Step 3

Cut the boiled ham into small cubes, mix with the minced meat.

Step 4

Form a sausage from the minced meat, wrap in a parchment sheet. Tie up the ends of the parchment. Then wrap the sausage in several layers of cling film. Wrap carefully so that the water does not come into contact with the minced meat during cooking. For security, wrap with twine.

Step 5

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire. After boiling, put the sausage in a saucepan, cover with a lid, cook over low heat for 40 minutes. If you are using a different type of meat than chicken, then increase the cooking time. If you want a pinkier sausage, add a little beet juice to the minced meat.

Step 6

Cool the finished sausage and refrigerate overnight. Serve in portions.
