If guests suddenly come to you, and you absolutely do not know what to feed them with, make a salad with boiled sausage. Its preparation will take you quite a bit of time, and the guests will be full and satisfied.
Salad with boiled sausage, radishes, cucumbers and green peas
To prepare this salad, you will need the following products:
- 150 g of boiled sausage;
- 500 g of potatoes;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 50 g of young green peas;
- 1 bunch of radish;
- green onions;
- parsley;
- dill;
- 200 g sour cream;
- salt.
Boil the potatoes in their "uniform", peel and cut into small cubes. Also cut the boiled sausage and cucumbers into cubes. Peel the radish and grate it on a coarse grater. Combine all the ingredients, add fresh green peas (you can substitute canned peas if you wish) and finely chopped parsley and dill. Tear a few green onion feathers with your hands and add to the salad. Then add salt to taste, season with sour cream and mix well. Let the salad brew a little and serve.
Salad with boiled sausage, ham, cheese and tomatoes
Required Ingredients:
- 150 g of boiled sausage;
- 50 g ham;
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 100 hard cheese;
- 3 tomatoes;
- fresh herbs;
- 5-7 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into small wedges. Cut the boiled sausage and ham into small cubes or strips. Combining all the ingredients, add grated cheese and finely chopped herbs. Season the salad to taste, season with mayonnaise and stir. Garnish with halves of boiled eggs and sprigs of herbs before serving.
Pasta salad with boiled sausage and mushrooms
To prepare such a salad, you will need the following ingredients:
- 100 g of pasta;
- 50 g of pickled mushrooms;
- 100 g of boiled sausage;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- a few lettuce leaves;
- dill greens;
- 50 g sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of fat cottage cheese;
- ½ teaspoon of granulated sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of mustard or horseradish;
- ½ teaspoon of vinegar;
- salt.
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Throw in a colander and rinse with cold water so that they do not stick together. Cut the pickled mushrooms into thin slices. Finely chop the greens. Pick the lettuce leaves with your hands. Cut the sausage into cubes. Place all ingredients in one bowl. Add the garlic squeezed through the olive oil press. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, horseradish, sugar, vinegar and salt. Season the salad with the resulting sauce and mix.
