It is necessary

  • - pork - 2 kg;
  • - cream - 5 tablespoons;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - garlic - 5 cloves;
  • - spices - any;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - sugar - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

With the pork, do the following: Remove every single grain and excess fat from it. After cutting the meat into medium pieces, roll it through a meat grinder. You can also use a blender for this. This procedure is best done twice. This will affect home cooked sausage - it will be even tastier and more tender.

Step 2

Add the following ingredients to the minced meat: peeled garlic cloves, cream, and granulated sugar along with salt. The amount of the last two ingredients must be adjusted independently, to your liking. Pass the mixture through a meat grinder again.

Step 3

Add one raw chicken egg along with spices to the minced meat. You can choose absolutely any of them. Mix the resulting mass with your hands, kneading like dough. By the way, if you want, at this stage of work, you can add vegetables or fat to homemade boiled sausage.

Step 4

Place the resulting meat mass on parchment paper. Having formed it in the shape of a sausage, wrap it with parchment and fix it at each edge. Do not forget to tie the tails of your future homemade sausage - this is very important.

Step 5

Wrap the minced meat wrapped in parchment with cling foil. In this form, send the sausage to cook over a sufficiently low heat for 1.5 hours.

Step 6

After the time has elapsed, remove the food from the pan and place it in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the finished culinary creation from all wrappers and serve. Homemade cooked sausage is ready!
