Muffins are a type of baked product that resembles a small cupcake in their appearance. They include a variety of fillings, mostly sweet. These are mainly berries, fruits and nuts. Muffins are not difficult to prepare, but you can experiment with fillings. For baking, you only need special molds.
It is necessary
- - butter 200 g
- - sugar 200 g
- - flour 300 g
- - vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- - sour cream 250 g
- - eggs 3 pcs.
- - apples 400 g
- - cinnamon 2 tsp
- - baking powder 2 tsp
- For the sauce:
- - milk 300 g
- - yolk 3 pcs.
- - sugar 150 g
- - vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- - starch 2 tbsp. spoons

Step 1
Peel the apples, core the seeds, cut into small cubes, add the cinnamon and stir the ingredients.

Combine plain and vanilla sugar with butter, add sour cream, eggs and mix everything well.

Add apples, baking powder and flour to this mass. Mix thoroughly by kneading the dough.

For muffins, special baking tins are required. They must be lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Fill each mold only 2/3 full with dough. Bake muffins for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 6
Let's start cooking the sauce. The milk must be brought to a boil. Combine eggs, sugar, starch and vanilla sugar. Add hot milk, stir. Put this mixture in a water bath.
Step 7
The sauce must be heated with regular stirring until it thickens. Then it needs to be cooled.
Step 8
Remove the finished muffins from the molds and wait until they cool. Gently lay out the sauce on top and decorate as desired, for example, with any berry or mint leaf.
