Despite the fact that gastroenterologists do not recommend eating fried foods, fried meat remains one of the favorite dishes of a huge number of people. Pork cooked in a pan has a delicate, juicy taste and unsurpassed aroma.

- 1 kg of pork;
- 300 g of champignons;
- 200 g of dry white wine;
- 5 tbsp. l. melted bacon;
- 3 onions;
- salt
- spice;
- basil leaves
- for decoration;
- wooden skewers.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pork thoroughly under running cold water. Carefully trim off any excess fat from the meat. Remove all bones if necessary.
Step 2
Using a well-sharpened knife, cut the pork into small, preferably equal pieces, weighing about 50 grams each.
Step 3
Prepare a small enamel pot and place the pieces of meat in it. Pour the wine over the pork and mix everything well. Season with salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can use ready-made pork spices, black and red peppers, and meat spices. Close the lid and refrigerate for 6-7 hours. You can even leave it for the whole night.
Step 4
Wash the mushrooms well. Dry lightly and cut each mushroom in half.
Step 5
Peel 3 onions and carefully use a sharp knife to cut into rings of medium thickness
Step 6
String pork on wooden skewers, alternating with mushrooms and onions.
Step 7
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place it in a deep skillet and melt over low heat. Fry the pork skewers in hot lard on both sides until golden brown. Check the doneness of the meat.
Step 8
Wash, dry and chop the basil into small pieces. Place the dish on a large plate without removing it from the skewers. Garnish with chopped basil. Bon Appetit!
