Shrimp has long been a popular food all over the world. Quick to prepare, tasty and healthy, they are an excellent component not only of first courses, but also of light snacks.

Step 1
Frozen boiled shrimps do not require a long cooking time, as they are almost ready to eat. The whole cooking process is reduced to heating them to the desired temperature and adding spices.
Step 2
Remove frozen shrimp from freezer and rinse under cold running water. You do not need to defrost them, just get rid of excess ice and possible dirt.
Step 3
Heat a deep frying pan and melt 150 g of butter in it. After the butter has completely melted, place the washed shrimp in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remember that these seafood is very good at absorbing salt. Therefore, it should be added a little more than is required to prepare another dish of a similar volume.

Add some dill seeds to the pan, stir well and cover. All this must be done over a sufficiently high heat.
Step 5
After the shrimp boil, squeeze the juice of half a lemon on them, stir, turn off the heat and cover. Leave them in a frying pan for 15-20 minutes so that they absorb the salt and spices well. Then the dish will turn out juicy and tasty. Stir them every five minutes.
Step 6
Then place the cooked shrimp on a large flat dish. Sprinkle them with the remaining lemon juice on top, garnish with lettuce, dill sprigs and lemon wedges.

If there is no time to cook the cooked frozen shrimp, there is a quicker way to bring them to readiness.
Step 8
Rinse the shrimp from ice, place in a deep bowl, add salt, spices and dill seeds to taste. Then drizzle lightly with lemon juice and microwave for 5 minutes on medium setting. After this time, the dish will be ready to eat.
Step 9
Serve cold white wine or beer with the shrimp.
