An original dish of black rice with mini cuttlefish, shrimps and mushrooms, cooked in sour cream-honey sauce, has a delicate taste. It is better to take black venere rice for cooking.

It is necessary

  • - 50 g of black venere rice;
  • - 20 g of champignons;
  • - 5 shrimps;
  • - 2 mini cuttlefish;
  • - onions, garlic to taste;
  • - parsley.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 50 g sour cream 20%;
  • - 20 ml of water;
  • - 5 ml of honey;
  • - freshly ground coriander.

Step 1

Boil the rice for 18 minutes, fold it onto a sieve. You can take boiled-frozen tiger shrimps, chop them, sprinkle with lime juice and fry in butter. Or take more small shrimp, boil, peel, add whole to the rice.

Step 2

Add chopped parsley to the rice and shrimp. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, add garlic and onions to them. After 5 minutes, lay out the randomly cut cuttlefish.

Mix sour cream, water, coriander and honey separately. Add a little soy sauce to make it even more piquant. Don't overdo it with honey - the sauce should be tasty, not luscious. Honey helps to relieve sour cream from sourness. No one will even guess that you have made such a delicious sauce from ordinary sour cream.

Step 4

Place the black rice on a plate. Mix mushrooms with shrimps with sour cream sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Spread this mixture around the rice. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
