Step 1

Prepare shrimp. You will need large shell shrimps (king or tiger). They can be fresh-frozen or boiled-frozen. In the first case, boil half a two-liter pot of water, lightly salt the water, put a slice of lemon, bay leaf and a few peppercorns. Add frozen shrimp to water, simmer for a couple of minutes and drain in a colander. After the water has drained off, the shrimp can be fried. Boiled frozen shrimp do not require boiling water, so you can simply defrost them. If you need to do this quickly, then immerse them in hot water (not boiling) for a minute.

Step 2

Prepare shrimp with soy sauce. Heat a deep skillet (saucepan) over high heat, put a small piece of butter in it and let it melt. Place the shrimp in a saucepan and fry quickly over high heat, turning constantly, for three minutes. Reduce heat and add soy sauce. Stir the contents of the pan, add a little coarse sea salt, cover and keep on fire for five to seven minutes. After that, drain most of the sauce and fry the shrimp for another minute on high heat.

Step 3

Prepare the garlic shrimp. This combination gives an amazing aroma and taste to the dish. Take shrimps and peel them off. This can be done in several ways: you can remove it completely, leave the head and tail, or just the tail. Start removing the shell from the legs of the shrimp.

Step 4

Preheat a skillet and add a small amount of olive oil suitable for frying. Peel the garlic and squeeze with a garlic press, add to the oil. Then put the shrimps in a frying pan and lightly fry over high heat, stirring with garlic. Place on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt on top.
