It is necessary

- - two eggs;
- - fresh shrimp - 250 grams;
- - canned corn, green peas, red bell pepper - 50 grams each;
- - two stalks of green onions;
- - olive oil, soy sauce - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat raw eggs a little, season with salt and pepper.

Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan, pour out the beaten eggs. Prepare an omelet, then stir it, put it on a plate, set aside.

In the same bowl, heat the olive oil, put the chopped bell peppers, peas, corn, fry together for two minutes. Add the peeled shrimp and cook for another two minutes.

Put the rice in a skillet, fry together for three minutes, the shrimp should turn pink during this time.
