Fried shrimp with avocado is a festive dish. Preparing quickly. Take high-quality tomatoes and avocados for this recipe, do not fry the shrimps for more than five minutes. You can choose the spices for the marinade according to your taste.

- For two servings:
- - 350 g shrimp;
- - 2 avocados;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar, oil;
- - lemon juice, mustard seeds, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Add ground pepper and lemon juice to your table vinegar to taste. The juice should be freshly squeezed. Add mustard seeds, mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Peel the garlic and onion, chop it as you like, put in a frying pan, fry until golden brown. Put the peeled defrosted shrimps in a skillet with vegetables, fry them for 4 minutes (no more than 5, otherwise the shrimps will taste rubbery).
Step 3
Remove the shrimp from the pan and dip in the marinade you made with the vinegar earlier. Add chili peppers to taste, you can add some fresh onions for flavor. Mix thoroughly. Cover the dishes with marinade and shrimp with cling film, put in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4
Chop the tomatoes, cut each avocado in half, remove the pit and remove some pulp to fit the shrimp in the halves.
Step 5
Remove the marinated shrimp from the refrigerator. Place the chopped tomato and shrimp in the avocado halves. Top with a little aromatic marinade. You can sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley or dill. Serve immediately.
