- - 2 limes;
- - 3 canned pineapple rings;
- - 4 st. spoons of sour cream 20% fat, condensed milk;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Step 1
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, slice the flesh.

Remove the zest from the lime, squeeze out the juice. Add juice to the avocado slices, beat with a blender.

Add sour cream, condensed milk, beat until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Chop the lime zest, add to the puree, put in the freezer, freeze until firm. Leave a little zest to decorate the future cold treat.

Melt the butter in a skillet, heat, put the pineapple rings, fry on both sides, sprinkle with sugar.
