- fresh pineapple pulp - 150 g;
- egg - 1 pc;
- pineapple juice - 5 tablespoons;
- sugar - 80 g;
- whipped cream - 150 g.
- For recipe 2:
- ice cream - as much as you want;
- canned pineapples - 1 can;
- dark chocolate bar;
- white chocolate bar;
- cream - 1/4 cup,
- ground nuts.
- For recipe 3:
- chopped pineapple pulp - 2 cups;
- coconut milk - 2 tablespoons;
- dark fresh honey - 35 ml;
- a few drops of lemon juice;
- vanilla sugar.
- For recipe 4:
- fresh pineapple - 1 kg;
- dates - 1 glass;
- coconut milk - 2 cups
- For recipe 5:
- pineapple pulp - 500 g;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- water - 2 glasses;
- juice of one lemon;
- a bag of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe 1: Finely chop the pineapple pulp. Mix the egg, pineapple juice and sugar very thoroughly. It is better to use a blender or mixer for this. Add pineapple pulp. Add whipped cream to the liquid, stir. Pour into a mold and place in the freezer for a few hours.
Step 2
Recipe 2: Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator and let it melt a little. Chop canned pineapples in a blender, and then mix with melted ice cream and put in the freezer. Melt both chocolate bars in a saucepan. Add cream, stir. Cool the mixture and place on top of the already frozen ice cream. Sprinkle the top with ground nuts.
Step 3
Recipe 3: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Arrange in silicone molds and send to the freezer. If you don't have coconut milk, you can make it with shavings. To do this, grind the chips together with water in a blender, and then squeeze through cheesecloth.
Step 4
Recipe 4: Pass pineapples through a juicer. You should have about 2 glasses of juice. In a blender, combine juice and dates until smooth. Then add the coconut milk and whisk the mixture. Pour it into molds and freeze.
Step 5
Recipe 5: Grind pineapple pieces in a bowl. Pour lemon juice and pre-prepared sugar syrup into the resulting mass. Soak gelatin in cold water. When it swells a little, pour hot syrup over it. Add to the previously prepared mass, mix thoroughly, pour into molds and send to the freezer.
