This delicacy is a traditional Italian dessert. Semifredo is a delicious homemade ice cream that is prepared in a special way with the addition of various toppings. In our case, let's cook semifredo with raspberries and pistachios.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 500 g mascarpone cheese;
- - 350 g raspberries;
- - 120 g pistachios;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - half a teaspoon of olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep cake pan, brush it with butter, cover it with cling film.
Step 2
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks - this recipe will require both ingredients. Add fine sugar to the yolks, beat until frothy. Add mascarpone cheese, beat until smooth. Chop the pistachios, add to the mass, mix.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites, mix gently with the yolk mass. Rinse fresh raspberries, peel off the leaves, add to the mass, mix, being careful not to damage the berries themselves.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture into a mold, put in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Before serving the semifreddo with raspberries and pistachios, carefully remove from the mold by the ends of the film, cut into slices, let melt slightly. You can decorate the top with whole raspberries, although the dessert turns out to be so beautiful and mouth-watering.
