Using cheese, chicken liver and pasta, you can prepare an incredibly delicious dish - a casserole.
It is necessary
- - 1/2 kg of any pasta;
- - 300-400 g of chicken liver;
- - 1 PC. onions;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - 1/2 glass of milk;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of bread crumbs;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt (add to taste);
- - a pinch of ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver and let dry. Then cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the onion, peeling it off.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet. Fry the liver and onions for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

It was the turn of the flour. Add it to the skillet and mix everything well.

The next step is to pour 1/2 cup of milk into the pan. Add pepper and salt to taste.

We need hard cheese. Rub it with a coarse grater.

Let's get down to the basics. Cook the pasta as you normally would. Pasta can be of any kind. As soon as they are cooked, let the excess water drain off by discarding the pasta in a colander.

Grease a baking dish with butter and place a layer of pasta there. Put the fried liver with onions on top of them.

Toss eggs and hard cheese in a deep bowl and place on top of the onion and liver.

Sprinkle the casserole with breadcrumbs and cover with a layer of grated butter.

It is necessary to bake the dish for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The casserole should be browning.
