Cooking liver dishes does not take a lot of time and effort. A huge number of dishes can be prepared from it, it is fried, boiled, baked. The dishes are delicious, aromatic and very healthy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 300 g;
- Any pasta - 1 pack;
- Red bell pepper - 1 pc;
- Red onion - 1 head;
- Vegetable oil;
- Wine red vinegar - 1 tbsp l.;
- Dry red wine - 1 tbsp.;
- Lingonberry - 50 g;
- Blueberries - 50 g;
- Liver broth - 50 g;
- Black pepper, salt.
Preparation:
- Wash the chicken liver and remove all the veins, cut into medium pieces and transfer to a container. My sweet bell pepper, clean from seeds, cut into cubes. Peel the onion and also cut it into cubes.
- We put a frying pan with a small amount of oil on heating. We spread the bell peppers and onions, add wine vinegar, leave to simmer a little, after 5 minutes we spread the chicken liver and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
- We put a saucepan on the fire and put the prepared frozen fruits (lingonberries and blueberries).
- After a few minutes of stewing, the chicken liver will give water (broth), take a little for the sauce. Next, salt and pepper the liver with a mixture of peppers, pour in red dry wine and continue to simmer everything.
- Add a teaspoon of wine vinegar, a little red dry wine, liver broth to lingonberries and blueberries and leave to evaporate. Turn off the sauce after 5 minutes. Stir the liver and fry on high heat.
- Boil pasta, ideally for this culinary recipe, spaghetti is suitable, in water with salt, put in a colander, wait until excess moisture drains, put in a pan to the liver, remove all ingredients from the stove, stir, close with a lid.
- Put the prepared spaghetti with chicken liver into a large serving dish, serve the sauce separately in a gravy boat.
