Snickers cake is named after chocolate. The delicacy turns out to be incredibly tasty, amazing and tender. When you eat it, it seems as if you are eating Snickers chocolate.

- - 4 eggs
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - 250 g flour
- - 500 ml of condensed milk
- - 3 tbsp. milk
- - 200 g butter
- - 300 g of peanuts
- - 200 g cracker
- - 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks first. Whisk the whites in a mixer. Then add granulated sugar and beat for another 10-12 minutes. Add yolks and whisk. At the end, add flour and baking powder in a thin stream, and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the dough. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the biscuit for 50-55 minutes, until a ruddy color appears.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Wash the peanuts, fry them in a dry skillet and peel them. Break the cracker in half.
Step 4
Beat the butter and condensed milk in a mixer, then add the cracker and peanuts, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 5
Remove the biscuit, cool and cut into two layers. Put the first crust on a dish, brush with cream and cover with the second crust. Place in a cool place to slightly harden the cream.
Step 6
Melt the milk chocolate, mix it with 3 tbsp. milk. And brush the cake on all sides. Grease the sides of the cake liberally. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
