    • 400g cream (fat content 30-35%);
    • 2 tbsp Sahara.
    • Cream No. 2:
    • 2/3 cans of boiled condensed milk;
    • 100g softened butter;
    • 80-100g roasted chopped peanuts.
    • Glaze:
    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • 100g chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

Crack the eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Add vanilla to granulated sugar and beat together with yolks.

Step 2

Take a porcelain cup and pour milk, and put the chocolate broken into pieces in the same place. To get a homogeneous mass, heat the mixture in a microwave oven or arrange a water bath. Pour the whipped yolks into the milk and chocolate. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly.

Step 3

Beat the remaining whites until stiff. Combine chocolate mass, flour with baking powder and proteins. Baking powder is best mixed with flour. Knead to get a homogeneous mass.

Step 4

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the resulting dough into a mold with a diameter of about 24 cm, having previously greased it with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-35 minutes.

Stir in peanuts and boiled condensed milk, whipped with butter. Spread the resulting cream on top of the cured cream. Cover with a second crust.

Prepare the icing. In the microwave or water bath, melt the chocolate and stir it with the milk until a smooth consistency is obtained. Pour icing on the cakes, you can turn on your imagination and decorate the cake.

Place the cake in the refrigerator for five hours. Then you can serve it to the table.
