This muffin, as well as in all the famous chocolate bar, will meet the flavors of caramel and chocolate!
It is necessary
- - 125 g flour;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 70 g of sugar;
- - 70 ml of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 300 g of boiled condensed milk;
- - a pinch of salt.
- Caramel:
- - 3 tbsp. boiled condensed milk.
- Glaze:
- - 50 g milk chocolate;
- - 70 g salted peanuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator about 40 minutes before the start of the cooking process: it should soften. In the meantime, heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and grease the cake pan with butter.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with a mixer until an airy consistency with the addition of sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly each time.
Step 3
Combine the flour and baking powder and add the butter, egg and milk to the mixture, alternating in two steps. Add condensed milk and beat again until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Cool the finished cake completely.
Step 5
When the cake is completely cool, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled condensed milk, heat over medium heat and pour over the cooled cake. Let it freeze (you can even refrigerate it to speed up the process).
Step 6
Then chop the salted peanuts. Break the milk chocolate into pieces, place in a small saucepan and place in a water bath. Wait for the chocolate to melt and cover the cake with it, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts on top. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator to stand overnight.
