Lovers of homemade baked goods and chocolate will be delighted to taste the Snickers cake, named after the shop's chocolate. Making such a dish at home will not be more difficult than making a manna or Napoleon cake. Its recipes can be varied: with marshmallows, meringues, without baking. We're going to make Snickers chocolate cake with double cream.
It is necessary
- baking powder - 1 tablespoon;
- flour - 1 glass;
- sugar - 2.5 cups;
- sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
- glaze for decoration;
- milk - 2.5 cups;
- cocoa - 4 tablespoons;
- semolina - 1/2 cup;
- roasted peanuts - 200 g;
- condensed milk - half a can;
- butter - 200 g;
- eggs - 4 pcs;
- crackers - 1 pack.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Combine egg whites with sugar and beat until foamy. Add the yolks one at a time and continue beating.
Step 2
Combine the sour cream and cocoa, and then place them in the egg mass. Mix well. Add baking powder and flour, stir.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts, it should be liquid, like for a curd casserole. Pour one piece onto a greased mold.
Step 4
Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 oC, spend no more than half an hour on each.
Step 5
Cook the semolina required for the base cream. Bring the milk to a boil and pour sugar and semolina into it in a thin stream. Do not stop stirring the mass. Cool and beat together with butter until elastic.
Step 6
To make a second cream, break the cookies into pieces, combine them with condensed milk and nuts. Place the cake on the cake pan and cover it with butter cream. Then spread the condensed milk cream in an even layer.
Step 7
Spread the boiled cream over the top of the cracker. Cover with a second crust. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it over the whole cake. Decorate the top with mastic, small candies, etc. Place it in the refrigerator until the icing hardens. Snickers chocolate cake is ready, you can serve it to the table.
