It is necessary

  • - tuna fillet (700 g);
  • - onions (4 medium onions);
  • - tomato paste (3 tablespoons);
  • - apple cider vinegar (6 tablespoons);
  • - vegetable oil (7 tablespoons);
  • - red pepper (1/2 tsp);
  • - black pepper (1/2 tsp);
  • - sugar (1/2 tablespoon);
  • - salt (1/2 tsp).

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the tuna fillet, peeled from the skin and bones, into pieces and boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pieces from the water and let them cool down. Then we coat each piece with tomato paste.

Step 2

While the fillet is being prepared, we are making a tuna marinade consisting of vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, black and red pepper, and chopped bay leaf. All these spices mix well.

Step 3

We peel the onion from the husk. Cut into thin beautiful rings.

Step 4

We put the cooked tuna in a convenient container or jar, shifting it with onion rings. Fill with marinade.

Step 5

We put the container with pickled tuna in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Step 6

We take out the tuna and onion rings from the marinade. Put on a plate and decorate with herbs.
