Pickled tuna in tomato has an unusual taste and is very popular with fish lovers.
It is necessary
- - tuna fillet (700 g);
- - onions (4 medium onions);
- - tomato paste (3 tablespoons);
- - apple cider vinegar (6 tablespoons);
- - vegetable oil (7 tablespoons);
- - red pepper (1/2 tsp);
- - black pepper (1/2 tsp);
- - sugar (1/2 tablespoon);
- - salt (1/2 tsp).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tuna fillet, peeled from the skin and bones, into pieces and boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pieces from the water and let them cool down. Then we coat each piece with tomato paste.
Step 2
While the fillet is being prepared, we are making a tuna marinade consisting of vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, black and red pepper, and chopped bay leaf. All these spices mix well.
Step 3
We peel the onion from the husk. Cut into thin beautiful rings.
Step 4
We put the cooked tuna in a convenient container or jar, shifting it with onion rings. Fill with marinade.
Step 5
We put the container with pickled tuna in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 6
We take out the tuna and onion rings from the marinade. Put on a plate and decorate with herbs.
