Asian soup is prepared very quickly, but it turns out to be very original and tasty. You should definitely try to diversify your menu with such a soup.

- 1. onion - 1 piece;
- 2. mussels - 300 grams;
- 3. mushrooms - 200 grams;
- 4. celery root - 2 pieces;
- 5.carrot - 1 piece;
- 6.chicken breast - 200 grams;
- 7. soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, basil, red pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, cut into cubes, defrost the mushrooms (you can take champignons).
Step 2
Place the diced onions, carrots, and celery into boiling water. Cook over low heat for twenty minutes.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and chicken breast to the soup. Add soy sauce, dry basil, and red pepper to taste. Don't overdo it with balsamic vinegar - you need very little of it.
Step 4
After five minutes, add the thawed mussels to the Asian soup, and after another five minutes, the soup can be served. Bon Appetit!
