Asian-style coconut soup has a spicy taste due to the addition of hot chili peppers and garlic. This dish is very satisfying and original; all fans of Asian cuisine will surely like it.

- - 300 g chicken fillet
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 chili pepper
- - 1 stem of lemongrass
- - 1 piece of ginger
- - 450 ml coconut milk
- - 2 sweet peppers
- - 500 ml chicken broth
- - green onions
- - canned bamboo and soy sprouts
- - soy sauce
- - 300 g of rice noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Put the broth on low heat, add coconut milk a few minutes before boiling and mix everything thoroughly. Grind chili peppers, garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Combine all ingredients with broth and cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the soup stock, and bring the resulting broth to a boil again. Boil the rice noodles in a separate bowl. Chop bell peppers, onions, bamboo shoots and soybeans. Mix all ingredients and fry in vegetable oil. Cook or fry the chicken fillet separately until golden brown.
Step 3
Put the chicken fillet, a small amount of the fried vegetable mixture in a bowl or deep plate and cover with hot broth. Before serving, the dish can be seasoned with soy sauce.
