Step 1

This soup will appeal to spicy food lovers. First, cut the ginger into thin strips, the onion into half rings, the red pepper and garlic, finely chop. Garlic can be passed through a press.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a skillet, fry the prepared ingredients over low heat, then add juice from 1 lime to them. Cut the chicken into thin strips, send to the pan. Add curry, soy sauce, ground pepper and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Cut fresh pineapple into cubes, add to chicken. Cut the tomatoes larger, also send them to the mixture in a skillet, stir.

Heat the coconut milk, pour the mixture of vegetables and chicken into it. If you want to make the soup even spicier, put half a chili pepper in the boiling soup, remove it after five minutes. keep in mind, chili pepper is very insidious, if you overdo it, it will spoil the taste of the whole dish.
