This soup, made in 5 minutes, is low in calories and delicious. You can add various vegetables to this soup: chopped carrots, peppers and leeks. Bean shoots are also a delicious addition.

It is necessary

  • - 100 g of ready-made chicken;
  • - 2 arrows of the bow and 2 arrows for decoration;
  • - 50 g water walnut;
  • - 50 g of champignons;
  • - 50 g frozen peas;
  • - 50 g of young bamboo shoots;
  • - 750 ml of chicken broth;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of unrefined cane sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon Thai red or green curry paste;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of corn flour;
  • - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce;
  • - salt and ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the chicken stock, vinegar, sugar and curry paste into a saucepan, bring everything to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Mix the flour with a little cold water until a smooth paste is formed. Add to chicken stock mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until soup is thick.

Step 3

Chop the chicken into small pieces, finely chop the onion. Cut water nuts and mushrooms into slices. Add chicken, onions, nuts, mushrooms, peas, bamboo shoots, and soy sauce. Mix well and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup into bowls and garnish with onions. Serve hot.
